Location is optional. HITHER may need Location access set to Always and notifications enabled for arrival or departure returns to work in the background. The operating system decides the exact delivery time.

Voice capture needs microphone access. On-device transcription availability depends on your device, language, OS version, and installed speech assets; your recording remains available if transcription cannot run.
Private iCloud sync
Check that you are signed into iCloud, iCloud Drive is enabled, and HITHER may use iCloud. Initial synchronization can take longer when moments include photos or audio.
Apple Watch transfer
Moments captured on Apple Watch queue safely when your iPhone is out of reach and transfer after the devices reconnect. Keep both apps available briefly after reconnecting.
Privacy-sensitive support
Please do not email private moment content, precise locations, recordings, or photos unless they are essential to your report. A description of the behavior is usually enough.
